Fitness Suite

As of April 1st 2015, the Fitness Suite has undergone a change of management to ‘Sandylands Fitness Centre & Gym’, headed by Matthew Speres. There has been some new exciting changes to the Fitness Suite, including a re-design with an extended workout area,  a new wider range of weights including a new squat rack and some fantastic new membership options.

The Fitness Suite is packed with state-of-the-art Pulse Fitness equipment, including a large variety of cardio machines and a comprehensive resistance range. Our fully qualified health and fitness professionals are always on hand to lend their expertise, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or generally get fit and healthy.

If you cannot commit to those expensive yearly memberships that most sports clubs insist you pay, then we are just the place for you!

Per Session:
£3.00 concession rate
£4.00 adult rate

 

Membership:

£15.00 per month Gym Only
£20.00 per month Gym & 2x Kettlebell Class per week
£40.00 per month Family membership (1-4 people)

 

Opening Times:

Monday – Friday: 9am till 9pm
Weekends: 9am till 2:30pm

 
Concession rates are for those who are in full time education (students with a valid student card), retired and OAP.
