Fighting Fit: None contact mixed martial arts movements to challenge core and cardio fitness. You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!!


S Factor: Dynamic and challenging workouts that combine cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance exercise. Ideal for all fitness levels. 30 second bouts, multi-functional strength and core workout. Sweat is just fat crying!!

6:00pm – 7:00pm (60 mins) Fighting Fit

7:15pm – 8:15pm (60 mins) S Factor

ÂŁ4.50 per class or ÂŁ20.00 for a block of 5 classes
