Sandylands Fitness Centre in Skipton is a gym for all – whether you are a fitness guru or a complete gym novice there is something for everyone.
From our comprehensive cardio range to our fully equipped free weight section we cater for everyone equally.
Sandylands Fitness Centre & Gym comprises of a fully equipped gym and a fitness studio where we run our fitness classes. We offer personal training and nutritional advice in addition to our group fitness sessions.
Our current classes include:
Anyone of any age or fitness level can turn up and one of our staff will help! They will sign you up and take you through a full induction process of all the gyms facilities and equipment. They can also provide personal fitness programs, if required.
Once you are a member you can turn up and train at any time or can book in for a class of your choice!
